Yes. Add items to your cart, go to checkout, and fill in your delivery and payment details to place your order. Our advisor will confirm the items and amount first—you won't be charged before that.
02Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer / ATM and cash on delivery (including pay at convenience-store pickup). For bank transfer, once our advisor confirms the amount you'll see the amount due and transfer details on the Track Order page. After transferring, just report the last five digits of your account.
03Can I pick up my order at a convenience store?
Yes, we support 7-ELEVEN and FamilyMart pickup. At checkout, enter the store number and store name—links to the official store maps are provided on the page.
04How is shipping calculated?
Free shipping applies to both home delivery and store pickup once your order reaches the threshold; below it, shipping is calculated by delivery method. Outlying islands, rush orders and specific time slots are quoted separately.
